This policy applies exclusively to items and accessories purchased through our e-commerce store. For information on silencers, repairs, and warranties, please refer to the Silencer Policy section on our website.

At BukTek, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item bought on our site, no questions asked, as long as it is unused and in new condition. Please include either the original receipt or invoice number with your return. We offer the following options for returns:

• Replacement, Exchange, or Refund: We will replace, exchange, or issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

• Returns Due to Error: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.

Note: We never charge a restocking fee on returns.
